How do we check availability?
Send your date, location, and the approximate coverage you want (hourly or Full Day). I’ll confirm availability and suggest the best option.
How do we book?
To reserve your date, I ask for a 20% retainer and a signed agreement. The remaining balance is paid after the wedding.
Can we schedule a short call before booking or before the wedding?
Yes. A short call is always possible, either before you book or closer to the wedding day, to align on expectations, timeline, and priorities.
What do you offer?
Hourly coverage, Full Day coverage (unlimited time), 2–3 day wedding weekends, and custom coverage.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel expenses are included for weddings in the EU. For destinations outside the EU, I send a custom quote with the travel add-on clearly shown.
Do you offer Full Day coverage with unlimited time?
Yes. Full Day means I stay as long as the wedding story needs, from preparations to key moments of the celebration, with no hourly counting.
Can we book you for 2–3 days?
Yes. Multi-day coverage is available for wedding weekends, welcome dinners, day-after sessions, and destination experiences.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Yes, as an add-on. A second photographer is great if you want more guest moments, more angles, or coverage in two locations at the same time.
What style do you shoot?
Friendly documentary. I focus on real moments and honest emotions, with gentle guidance when you need it (portraits, couple photos, and family formals).
Can we see 2–3 full wedding galleries (not highlights only)?
Yes. Ask me and I’ll share a few full galleries so you can see complete wedding stories from start to finish.
What is it like to work with you on the wedding day?
Calm, friendly, and organized. I observe and document most of the day as it naturally happens, and I step in with clear, simple guidance when it’s time for portraits, couple photos, and family formals.
We’re camera-shy. How do you help us look natural?
Most couples feel that way. I give easy prompts, simple direction, and help you focus on each other rather than the camera. No stiff posing. The goal is natural movement and real connection.
How do you capture candid moments without being intrusive?
I work quietly, anticipate moments, and keep a respectful distance. I don’t interrupt emotions or “stage” reactions. This is why documentary coverage feels real when you look back at your photos.
Do you help us build a realistic photo timeline?
Yes. I help you plan the photo parts of the day (getting ready, first look, ceremony timing, family photos, sunset, and reception) so everything feels relaxed and realistic.
What do you need from us before the wedding?
A simple schedule (even a draft), addresses, key contacts (planner or best man/maid of honor), and any must-have moments. For family photos, a short list of group combinations is helpful.
Do you work well with planners and videographers?
Yes. I coordinate smoothly with planners, venues, and videographers to keep everything flowing naturally. My goal is to fit into your day, not take it over.
Can we request specific shots?
Yes. If you have must-have moments or special details, send them in advance. I recommend keeping the list short so you can stay present and enjoy the day.
How do you handle family group photos?
If you have a coordinator, it’s best if they help gather people. If not, a friend or family member who knows everyone works perfectly. I’ll guide the posing and keep it efficient.
What if the weather is bad?
We adapt. I’ll help you choose the best plan and locations, and I’ll use light and composition to keep everything beautiful and natural.
Do you use flash?
Yes, when needed (evening, party, dark interiors). I keep it clean and flattering while protecting the mood.
How many photos will we receive?
On average, around 50 edited photos per hour. Most galleries range from 250 to 1000 photos, depending on coverage length and how your day flows.
When will we receive our photos?
Your full gallery is delivered within 3 weeks. Full Day weddings also include a sneak peek within 2–5 days.
Do you deliver black and white photos?
Yes. Typically 5–10% of the gallery is black and white. If you prefer more, or none at all, just tell me.
Can we get RAW files or unedited JPGs?
Yes, both are available as add-ons. RAW files are the original, unedited files and require special software to view and edit. Unedited JPGs are straight-out-of-camera files without my final color and retouching.
Do you offer albums?
Yes, as an add-on. I offer premium albums with high-quality printing and materials.
Can we use the photos anywhere?
Yes. You can print, share, and post your photos wherever you like.
Do you offer privacy (NDA)?
Yes, as an add-on. Most couples are happy for me to share a small selection of images to show real wedding stories.
If you prefer full privacy, an NDA option is available. With an NDA, I do not publish your photos anywhere (website, social media, blog, or submissions).
Do you use a drone?
Yes, for Full Day weddings when it’s allowed and safe. Drone use depends on local rules, venue restrictions, and weather.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. I bring two cameras, multiple lenses, extra batteries, and I shoot with dual memory cards at the same time.
What happens if you’re ill or there’s an emergency?
In the rare case I can’t attend, I will recommend trusted colleagues with a similar style and comparable pricing.
